This 3 day Marrakech to Fes desert trip is a great opportunity. You can go camel trekking and stay overnight in the desert (At standard/luxury camp), visit Todra & Danes gorge, Rose Valley or Ouarzazate, World Heritage Site Ait Benhaddou & Azrou, and Todra & Dades gorge.
We will cross the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi-nTichka Pass. This is the highest pass in Morocco. The second day of the Marrakech-Fes desert tour will take us through the Todra Gorge and Dades Gorge. In the afternoon, we will reach the Merzouga desert Sahara desert. From here, a camel guide will take us across the sand dunes and to a Bedouin camp. The Merzouga desert will be your home for the night, where you can enjoy the silence of the Sahara. We will return to Fes (Fez), via Midelt cedar forest and Azrou cedar forests, on the third day.

You will enjoy a 3 day Marrakech to Fes desert trip in a comfortable, air-conditioned 4WD/minibus. At 08:30, our guide will meet you at your Marrakech hotel and take you to the departure point. We will cross the Atlas Mountain range, and descend into Ait Ben Haddou .
It is a place of wonder, with six Kasbahs within a city wall. You will feel like you are transported back to ancient trading markets, gladiators, desert nomads and desert nomads. After the sightseeing tour, lunch will be served in the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou.
The Ouarzazate will be our next stop on the first day. We’ll be able to admire the city, where many blockbuster movies were shot.
You can stop in a cafe in the gateway city of the desert before heading onto the Dades Valley. You can unwind and relax in a private room in a traditional Dades riad with an en suite bathroom, or enjoy a Moroccan evening meal.
After breakfast, we travel from Dades gorges towards the Erg Chebbi Sahara Desert in Merzouga. We’ll pass Berber villages along the route, including Tinjdad, Jorf and Erfoud, where we will feel the beginnings of the Saharan oasis at Tafilalet. Then we continue to Merzouga, where our guide and camels are waiting to transport you through the high sand dunes in the Morocco Sahara Desert.
Camel ride across the sand dunes as the sun sets to reach Erg Chebbi’s nomad desert camp. Drums music and dinner in the Sahara desert. Dinner and an overnight stay under a nomad tent.
Continue our Marrakech to Fes desert tour for 3 days. After you have woken up to see the sunrise from the tops of Erg Chebbi’s dunes, you will take a shower and then ride the camels back to the original point. We can also transfer you with a 4WD, or you can do it on your own.
After Merzouga sightseeing is over, you will be transferred to Fes via the Ziz Valley, Midelt and Ifrane City. You’ll also visit Ifrane City, known as the little Switzerland in Morocco, and the famous Middle Atlas cedar forest. Here you can take a short walk and capture amazing memories.
